SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Geckobolt. Here's everything you need to know about getting your gecko home.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 9–11 business days from the date of shipment. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 10–13 business days once processing is included.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, carrier delays, and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll see the exact amount before you pay — no surprises.

Where We Ship

We currently ship worldwide. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first update — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. You can check your order status anytime via email updates.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders sent to an incorrect address may not be recoverable. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering at supportgeckobolt@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it before it goes out.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at supportgeckobolt@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
